Known for his dedication and high degree of professionalism, Randall Frost devotes his practice to general business, banking, commercial real estate and municipal and county government law.

He provides counsel to clients on the acquisition, development and financing of shopping centers, office buildings and other commercial properties. Frost also advises clients about business formation, structure and capitalization issues including choice of an appropriate entity. He often assists clients with the negotiation and implementation of buy-sell agreements, mergers and acquisitions, commercial financing financing, and the negotiation of a variety of commercial transactions including leases.

Randall also has considerable experience in municipal and county government law including zoning, land use planning and governmental planning. He is currently the county attorney for Banks County.
