J. Randall Frost
Known for his dedication and high degree of professionalism, Randall Frost devotes his practice to general business, banking, commercial real estate and municipal and county government law.
Brook A. Davidson
Brook joined the firm’s probate litigation practice in February of 2015. She works with clients to develop estate plans and provide representation through the probate, administration, guardianship and conservatorship process.
D. Thomas LeFevre
Tom LeFevre joined the firm in 1996 as a partner focusing on commercial real estate matters. He has practiced law in the Gainesville area since 1980.
Anna A. Orkins
After years of practicing law in the areas of wills, trusts, and estates, Anna Adams Orkins joined the firm’s estate planning and probate section in January of 2019.
Nancy Richardson
Nancy’s experience as a professor and student of literature and composition provided a sound background for her second career in law.
T. Treadwell Syfan
Tread Syfan specializes in municipal bond law, securities law, commercial real estate matters and commercial lending.
John P. Strupe
John Patrick Strupe, a partner in the firm’s probate and estate planning section, joined the firm in 2018 after earning his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida. As a Certified Public Accountant, John worked in various accounting roles for both large public companies and small privately-held businesses.
Eric P. Wilborn
Eric is a Georgia native from Buford in Gwinnett County. He joined Stewart, Melvin & Frost’s probate and estate planning section in 2016.
Justin S. Sheffield
Associate attorney Justin S. Sheffield joined the firm in 2023 as part of the probate and estate planning section. Justin has a passion for helping clients plan for the future and settle the estates of loved ones who have passed.
Patrick W. Shuler
Associate attorney Patrick W. Shuler joined the firm in 2024 to handle commercial real estate, corporate law, and contractual transactions. His experience as a writer and editor made him a natural fit for contractual work.
Wilbur White
William R. White-who generally goes by “Wilbur”-joined the firm in March of 2026 as part of the litigation and real estate section. Wilbur earned his law degree at the Tulane University School of Law. During law school, Wilbur spent his summers interning at other firms across North Georgia. Wilbur began his legal career with a small firm in the Gainesville/Dawsonville area, gaining valuable experience in land use-related litigation, general civil litigation, probate & estate planning, and local government. Wilbur graduated cum laude the University of Georgia with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance and a Certificate in Legal Studies. A Baton Rouge, Louisiana native and avid Georgia Bulldog fan, Wilbur spends his free time fishing, hiking, and hunting.
