Jordan P. Spivey

Jordan Plemons Spivey joined the firm in August of 2025 as part of the probate & estate planning and family law section.

While in law school at Charleston School of Law, Jordan was part of the Trial Advocacy Board where she competed in Mock Trial competitions and learned valuable skills on how to be successful in the courtroom. Additionally, she served as Vice President of Media Relations on the Trial Advocacy Executive Board. She also was part of the Family Law Clinic where she engaged with clients in need of legal services in family law matters and had the opportunity to represent clients in court through student practice.

Jordan graduated Cum Laude from Dalton State College with a Bachelor’s in Social Work and Minor in Psychology. In her undergraduate program, she interned for the Lookout Mountain Mental Health Accountability Court. Out of the office Jordan loves to read and spend time with her family and friends.
