Mark W. Alexander
Among his colleagues in the Georgia Bar, Mark Alexander is a well-respected trial attorney and partner in the litigation section of Stewart, Melvin & Frost. To his clients, he is best described as a “Crisis Navigator.”
As part of his practice in personal injury law, Mark has navigated numerous clients through difficult personal and family crises related to a serious injury or death. Based on his many years of experience in this field, he has developed a Crisis Navigation Guide that he provides as a service to his clients and others throughout the Northeast Georgia region.
A former prosecutor in the Northeastern Judicial Circuit, Mark has developed a highly successful plaintiff’s trial practice specializing in cases involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, and trucking accidents. He is well-known for his innovation and client-oriented approach to each and every personal injury case.
Mark takes the time to become personally involved with each of his personal injury cases. Consequently, he accepts only a limited number of cases and clients in order to devote the most time and resources possible to secure the best outcomes. This philosophy, combined with his trial skills and over two decades of experience, results in tremendous satisfaction for the families he represents.
People who experience life-altering tragedies need an attorney with the compassion and understanding that Mark brings to each client. They need a lawyer they can trust, who cares about them, and who is familiar with the complexities of the insurance industry. Mark has repeatedly demonstrated these traits with his exclusive approach to crisis navigation in the complex field of personal injury law.

Swimming Pool Safety
Warmer weather is here, and that goes hand-in-hand with firing up the grill, stringing up the tomato vines, and – for some people – opening up the backyard swimming pool for the summer season.
Teenagers and Cell Phone ‘Sexting’
A troubling trend among teenagers and their cell phones has emerged here in Gainesville-Hall County as well as other areas across the country.
