Regional law firm’s newest partner specializes in workers’ comp defense
GAINESVILLE, Ga. (April 15, 2013) –Charles Elton (Chuck) DuBose Jr., a legal specialist in workers compensation defense litigation, has been named a partner at Stewart, Melvin & Frost, one of northeast Georgia’s oldest and largest regional law firms.
Since 2000, DuBose has focused his practice on workers’ comp defense work, primarily representing employers, insurers and third-party administrators. His client base spans the manufacturing, retail, insurance, banking, healthcare, trucking and construction industries.
“Chuck DuBose has built a strong workers’ compensation defense practice over the course of his career,” said Randall Frost, managing partner of Stewart, Melvin & Frost in Gainesville, Ga. “He is a great addition to our firm, and our clients will benefit tremendously from his knowledge and experience in this highly specialized field.”
DuBose joins Amanda Yenerall, another partner with Stewart, Melvin & Frost, in the firm’s workers’ comp division. Yenerall also has focused her practice on representation of employers, insureds and self-insureds in workers’ compensation legal claims and appeals.

In addition to his workers’ compensation practice, DuBose is experienced in personal injury litigation, subrogation, criminal defense and domestic relations.
