Justin S. Sheffield Joins Stewart Melvin & Frost’s Probate and Estate Planning Section

GAINESVILLE, Ga. (Feb. 2024) – Stewart Melvin & Frost announces the addition of Justin S. Sheffield as an associate attorney in the probate and estate planning practice area.

A magna cum laude graduate from the Georgia State University College of Law, Sheffield was recognized academically with awards in Research, Remedies, and Lawyering Advocacy. He also served as the president of the College of Law’s Estate Planning and Wealth Management Law Society.

During law school, Sheffield served as a graduate research assistant for Professor Mary F. Radford, where he assisted in the updating her publications, including Georgia Trusts and Trustees and Georgia Guardianship and Conservatorship. Sheffield also interned at the Gwinnett County Probate Court, where he gained practical experience assisting judges and court staff with guardianship, conservatorship, and probate matters.
